How long does it take to receive my order?

Since all of our products are made as soon as an order is placed, it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps us offer a greater product variety and reduce waste.

After production, shipping typically takes 5-10 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

What's your return and exchange policy?

We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. What if I received the wrong item or there was a printing mistake?

If you received a defective, damaged, or misprinted item, contact our support team at contact@arc-apparel.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the defect or damage

This helps us resolve your issue quickly and accurately.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for sizing issues, change of mind, or other non-quality concerns.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it.

Care Instructions

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

Do not dry clean.
